I am Ajaya Tamang, a professional YouTube thumbnail designer and high-CTR thumbnail expert with 3+ years of specialized experience and over 500+ custom thumbnails delivered. Originally from Kavrepalanchok, Nepal and currently residing in Lalitpur, Nepal (where I am pursuing my Bachelor in Computer Application), I blend computer-science analytical thinking with studio-grade Adobe Photoshop compositing around one core mission: maximizing your Click-Through Rate (CTR) and turning impressions into views.
Awarded First Runner-Up at the IDS Thumbnail Hustle 2025 competition, I study and apply the exact visual psychology, 0.3-second attention hooks, color contrast ratios, and narrative framing that define the world's best thumbnail designers. Having partnered with 30+ YouTube channels, podcasters, documentary filmmakers, and educators, I work seamlessly with creators worldwide who are searching for a top YouTube thumbnail designer to scale their channel authority.
